Mr. Aslam Ahmed is the partner at the firm. Mr. Aslam Ahmed a Lawyer with over 21 years of experience in legal practice. Extensive experience in planning & handling variety of legal issues involving dispute resolution, arbitration, mediation, company laws, commercial agreements, joint ventures, various aspects of civil and criminal law, etc. Effective communicator with strong informational analysis & organizational abilities.
Meeting and assisting Clients in identifying issues and advising on resolution of the same. Substantial experience in all aspects of civil litigation from case intake through final disposition at trial, initial client interviews, researching potential claims, developing case strategy, and advising clients on likely outcomes.
Drafting and settling variety of pleadings in civil and commercial disputes, including drafting of suits, writ petitions including PIL and challenge to constitutional validity/ vires of law, special leave petitions, arbitration claims domestic and international, pre and post litigation strategy, counter claims, company petitions, company applications, Tribunal supervised Merger and Demergers, preparation of evidences and cross examinations etc;
Criminal cases including under Negotiable Instruments Act, quashing petitions before High Courts, perjury, forgery and cheating complaints etc.
Appearances and advancing submissions on behalf of the clients before variety of forums and courts including Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, National Company Law Tribunal and Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer disputes redressal commission, Arbitral Tribunals and Mediators.
Domestic and International Arbitrations, advising and representing operational creditors, financial creditors, resolution applicants and resolution professional under I&B Code, 2016 on various aspects of CIRP advisory, verification of claims, RFRP etc.
Rendering advise to clients on various disputes and settlement issues. Arguing or briefing Senior Counsels as when required; quite comfortable in leading and arguing personally as well.
