Previously, he has worked as inhouse counsel in listed companies such as HDFC Limited, PNB HFL and DHFL(now Piramal Housing Finance). Previous to Singhania & Co., Kunal was working with a UAE company as General Manager (Merger & Acquisition And Project Finance) for businesses in UAE, Africa, Europe & USA, advising on wide array of industries including renewable energy, electric vehicle, carbon credit, textile, shipping & logistics, mining, SEZ, PPP, Metaverse, Procurement.
