About
Mr. Rajiv Sharma is a senior partner at the firm, currently stationed at
Gurgaon office. Mr Sharma has worked extensively on corporate
commercial transactions, joint ventures, M&A, corporate restructuring,
entry strategy and establishment of business presence of foreign
companies in India.
Practice domain extending across industry and service sectors such as
IT & Telecom, Energy (Renewable & Conventional) & Infrastructure,
auto, Chemical, Tyles & Infractories, Education, IT, legislation drafting,
hospitality etc.
As a part of profession he has been making presentations in
embassies, business houses, MNCs and law firms within India and
abroad (US & UK). He also worked as an in-house counsel at Portland,
Oregon for a US Company (telecommunication).
He has advised a number of foreign religious and charitable entities
particularly on their entry strategy, tax exemptions as well as
mandatory FCRA approvals from the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Mr. Sharma is keeping a fine balance between professional and
personal life paying full attention to his fitness and passion. He has
bagged several gold medals for his country in powerlifting &
weightlifting championships.
He has unfurled Indian tricolour at foreign soils many a times, to name
a few, England, Russia, South Africa, USA, Australia, New Zealand
and has also been honoured by our Union Minister for Law and Justice
Mr. Kiren Rijiju (former Union Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs).
He has proudly served the industry giants like, Dow Chemicals, Adani
group, System SPA (tiles manufacturing), Magnesita (refractory
manufacturing), New Horizon Computer Learning Centre, Seventh day
Adventist (NPO, US), Scientology (NPO, England), Lacoste (Apparels).
