Shivani specializes in commercial and construction disputes and arbitration. She has represented clients in the energy, finance, construction, telecommunication and technology sectors in arbitration proceedings under various arbitral rules as well as in litigation before the Supreme Court of India, various High Courts and tribunals. She has handled numerous arbitration related court proceedings pertaining to urgent interim relief, challenges to arbitral awards and enforcement of arbitral awards for leading Indian and international clients, including JSC Cryogenmash. Shivani has also frequently advised Indian and international clients on pre- litigation/arbitration strategy. Before joining Singhania, Shivani worked for several years with a leading Indian law firm in New Delhi. Her extensive experience has made her sensitive to the commercial realities in which clients operate and able to adapt strategies based on their needs.
