Monika has over 9 years of experience as a litigator with Singhania & Co., and represents Clients before the High Court, Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Sessions Court, DRT, NCLT & Intellectual Property Appellate Board. Her practice area focuses on contractual and commercial litigation, commercial arbitration, transactions & negotiation and legal risk assessment with the keen focus on driving practical/business-oriented solutions.

Monika’s expertise in IP litigation seeks her advice and represents big ticket in perfumery, makeup, skin care and other IP companies. Her litigation experience spans patents, copyright, trademarks and domain name disputes.
