About

Mr. Pradeep Jain is the Managing Partner at the Firm. Mr. Jain has extensive expertise in the areas of company laws, mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, maritime laws, financial restructuring laws, infrastructure and real estate laws.

Mr. Jain frequently advises clients on matters relating tothe development and control regulations, policy and regulatory matters, compliances relating to SEBI/ RBI/IRDA/ FIPB, and offers advice in matters related to takeovers, mutual funds, asset man-agreement companies, trusteeship, custodianship and foreign institutional investors.

He also appears frequently before arbitral tribunals both in India and outside India (particularly in Singapore, the UK and the USA) to represent the firm’s cli- ends in matters related to maritime, contractual and other trade disputes.

Often described as a polymath by his colleagues, Mr. Jain is an academic with numerous qualifications. After finishing a Bachelors in Science, he went on to pursue a Master’s degree in Mathematics before applying for a Bachelor’s degree in Law.

Today, Mr. Jain is not only a qualified advocate and a member of the Bar Council of India but also an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Securities & Investments. He is also a qualified Company Secretary and a fellow member of the Indian Institute of Company Secretaries of India.

An avid learner himself, Mr. Jain follows his passion for academic issues by delivering guest lectures and sharing his thoughts and views on legal issues through articles in various Indian and international publications.
