Rahul Gajera is an Associate Partner in Singhania & Co, LLP at
Ahmedabad office and has more than 13 years of experience in
Law fraternity.
He has argued more than 300 cases before CESTAT/various
central government authorities before DRT court & High court and
more than 35 cases are reported as case laws in insolvency, debt
recovery, commercial and tax related litigation.
He has worked with Mumbai and San Francisco based law firms
in the past. He regularly appears before Ahmedabad Bench of
CESTAT, Gujarat High Court & National Company law Tribunal for
recovery and insolvency proceedings.
He is associated with Singhania & Co. since 2015 and currently
heads Commercial and Indirect Tax Litigation, Insolvency & Debt
recovery and advisory related practice at Indore Office. Rahul
holds B.S.L, L L.B from ILS Law College, Pune and LLM-Tax from
Northwestern University, Pritzker School of Law, Chicago.
