About
Mr. Rakesh Jain is a seasoned professional with decades of
experience in field of Corporate Legal, Finance and indirect
taxation issues like Customs, Excise and Service Tax. Besides
being a qualified lawyer, Mr. Jain is also holds a MBA in finance.
He is an esteemed member of the Bar Council State of Gujarat
and Bar Council of India.
He previously worked with M/s Tata International Limited, Dewas
unit for more than 20 years where he was responsible for the
company's legal taxation matters including Custom, Central
Excise and Service Tax matters. He also has an expertise in
budgetary and cost accounting matters.
M/s RNC Law Associates, as an Advocate in 2011 and took
charge of the Firm's Ahmedabad office. His area of practice
includes Excise Customs and Service tax, Export, Import, Foreign
Trade DEPB matters. He also appears before adjudicating
authorities and contesting the cases before Tribunal and High
Court in indirect Tax matters.
