About
Savan is an advocate Enrolled since 2007 with the BarvCouncil of
Gujarat as an advocate whose areas of practice spans across business
laws, banking laws, contracts, information technology, corporate, civil,
criminal, trademarks, industrial designs, copyrights, trade secrets, and
other allied fields of law.
Prosecution and registration of intellectual property rights also
constitutes a part of our practice. We work closely with clients in
devising effective and aggressive enforcement strategies, which
include conducting infringement investigations, drafting and issuing
legal notices, registering IP rights, and taking appropriate actions before
the concerned authorities.
Our Ahmedabad team represent clients before various courts namely
the Hon’ble Gujarat High Court, the Hon’ble District and Sessions
Courts, tribunals, and Commissions etc. We advise clients on strategic
and contentious matters on aforesaid domains.
