Mr. Tanay Kasera is one of the senior members of Indore office
of the firm. He is a qualified Fellow Member of the Institute of
Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) and a Chartered Member
of Chartered Institute of Securities & Investment of United
Kingdom (CISI, UK). He has been a practicing Company
Secretary in Indore since 2003.
He has thorough practical knowledge and experience of all
Corporate & Allied laws and Legal Drafting. He has dealt in
matters related to Listing, Delisting, Public Issue Management,
Private Placement and Other Securities issue of Listed
Companies, Corporate Restructuring, Setting up Business
Units in India, Intellectual Property, Arbitration, NBFCs, SEBI,
FEMA, Industrial and Labour Laws etc.
He manages diverse profile of corporate clients and deals
with their corporate advisory matters.
