Turnover criteria: Turnover of USD 20 Mn in last financial year or average turnover of USD 20 Mn in last 3 years
Profit criteria: Pre-tax profit of USD 1 Mn in last financial year or average profit of USD 1 Mn in last 3 years
Market cap: Post issue market value of shares issued should be at least USD 25 Mn
